I have a Social Work degree from the University of TN. I truly love helping people and bringing happiness to their day. I have a wide range of experience as a case manager, teacher, chef assistant, office manager, esthetician and senior care companion. I am available to assist your loved one with transportation, meal preparation, errands, light housework, indoor/outdoor activities, hair/make-up & friendly conversation. I grew up playing cards with my grandma & dad and also enjoy board games, taking walks, crafting, cooking and gardening. I am friendly, trust worthy, caring, loyal and dependable. I have helped care for my father for the last 11 years which has taught me a lot about aging as well as dementia. Caring for my father also fueled my interest in helping other seniors to have a happier and more productive day!
