Tamara was supposed to start with us this summer to watch our kids. We had everything planned out including pay & days. We had an understanding of what was to come & to be expected . About a week before she was supposed to start, she ghosted me & did not respond back. I then reached out to her a couple more times letting her know, with the poor communication we were going to move on elsewhere. Very unprofessional & poor communication. She is unreliable & I would not recommend her.
