I'm a retired elementary school teacher. I love children and I have five small grandchildren of my own, ages 12 years-1 year old. I love the outdoors. I don't mind pets, in fact, I also enjoy pets very much. I enjoy making things together like cookies, working with Play-doh, and reading to them. I have also tutored children and love to teach children to read.

Sylvia has been working for my family for a year and a half. I have four children and needed help, initially, with babysitting twice a week for my two youngest. Me and my family loved her from the very beginning. She loves my children and always goes out of her way to make them feel special. She soon began to babysit for all four if we had an engagement in the evening. I never worried about them when she was with them and knew they were being well cared for. Sylvia is always willing to help around the house and is an excellent organizer. She is always punctual and is extremely reliable. She has never cancelled once on me. We are moving out of state and are very sad to say goodbye to her as she has become part of our family. Anyone would be so blessed to have her.
