Hello, im happy you are here! My name is Sydney and I have two children: M (age 7) and my newborn son T (10 weeks). I would describe my approach with children to be honest, fun and gentle. Ive lived in Olympia my entire life, growing up in a family of 11 and started working professionally with children when I was 12 through my church. I had formerly been a full time in-home nanny for a family for 5 years where I brought my daughter with me. The children are all still friends and finding a new family to become friends with is something we are looking for. One where children can be cared for in my home or where I can bring mine is desired. I have studied Early Childhood Education in college and continued my education and experience since. My skills include infant and child CPR, gentle parenting, and house cleaning/organization.

Sydney and one other gal are my two favorite sitters of all time. Sydney actually loves your kids. She never raises her voice with children which astonishes me, and yet she patiently gets them to do what is required. Cooking and cleaning are her superpowers. She makes your house look pretty and beautiful, not just clean. It's like her art form. And she is the most incredible vegan chef. If you're into plant based food, consider making a side arrangement for her incredible cuisine. I bought so much food from her when she was nannying for us. We have two kids and an over 5000 sq ft home which she routinely had looking great by the time I got home. I can't recommend Sydney highly enough. She's a devout Christian, and my kids were totally safe in her care. Sydney was their all-time favorite sitter!
