Sydney has been absolutely wonderful. Our 1 year old son, and myself, have learned baby sign because of Sydney. Our son love to sign “more” and “all done.” When our son sees Sydney he smiles and cuddles with her throughout the day. Another review stated that Sydney is proactive, and I would agree. She is punctual and reliable and we will continue to contact her for help when our son is not in daycare. She has been helping us since April and we are thankful for all that she has done with our son.
