I have the most experience watching from 2months - 5yrs old, but love my older kiddos too (6-15yrs). I typically help with multiple kids at a time, so no worries if you have multiple kids! I am open with communication and purposefully make sure I am doing the best I can with your kiddos on how YOU want them raised. I may have many years of experience, but understand each family wants to raise their kids in specific ways which I do not mind following. Sybil was great with my two kids A. 1 1/2 and B. who was 6 months old at the time. The only reason she left was due to moving out of the area at the time or she would still be with my family. She was my sitter for everyday and the occasional date night. She keeps the kids on a schedule for naps, meal times, play time etc. Very responsible, kind, and dependable.
