Susan has been taking care of my dog and 2 cats for over a year. My entire fur family loves her and my dog jumps with joy each time he sees her. She sends txts and photos frequently to let me know how my little ones are doing throughout the day. She is very reliable and I trust her to give my senior dog - who can be a little finicky his medication (oral and eye drops) and he always complies and is very comfortable with her. She frequently goes above and beyond to give my fur family the best care. An example of how she went above and beyond is when I was out of town and she was taking care of my cats by visiting twice a day. An unexpected snow storm occurred. Since I shovel my driveway, I couldn't find anyone that could plow at the last minute. On her own initiative Susan shoveled the drive and stairs to ensure my cats were fed. Thanks to Susan I can go away and know that my little ones get the best care and are happy.
