About Susan

Out of all the child care professionals I've worked with over the years, Susan is a stand out. She is very communicative, responsive and extremely creative. She is constantly coming up with learning opportunities for my son and has taught him so much! She's simply a wealth of information and experience when it comes to child development. She has helped me with pacifier weaning, potty training, and reading/writing with my son. She's extremely reliable and dependable, and an overall wonderful person. My son loves when Susan comes over & importantly, I'm always at ease when he is in her care. I don't know "Shelly" but she's clearly an online troll that has never hired Susan. I've known Susan for a long time and I'm familiar with the other families she has worked for & they all hold Susan in a similarly high regard. I also spoke to several of her past families when I was in the process of hiring Susan and she really is as wonderful as everyone said! It's horrible that someone like "Shelly" can come onto a platform like this and say things that could potentially harm a person's professional reputation like that, unchecked. I now proudly serve as one of Susan's professional references and would be happy to discuss my positive experiences with anyone interested in hiring her in more thorough detail.
