About Susan

I am currently retired and am looking to do some of what I know best: I ran my own small catering company for well over a decade and I loved it! Catering is truly demanding both physically and intellectually, but seeing happy clients is the most rewarding payoff. I worked professionally and independently, indulging my penchant for order by doing accounting and bookkeeping services dating back further than I care to say. I am an organizer, a cook, a cleaner, a planner, a caregiver: that is what I seem to do best.
