Hi! I have taught at the Metropolitan learning center, helping out kids ranging from ages 1 month to 14 years. I love working with children of all ages. I have 4 years of experience working with newborns as well, having lots of family members and associates that need help around here and there. I am comfortable with pets, I am extremely trust worthy and I have an EMT certification so I am first aid and AED certified. I am currently in the military which I go to about 2 weekends a month and I recently finished nannying for a family of preemie twins that were about 5lbs and 4 months when I started taking care of them in 2023 up until they turned 1. 5 (started daycare) and I occasionally help out here and there now when needed. To start off, I would say that this young lady is unbelievable! She is very professional, and she's treated my children as if they were her own, which I loved because you don't get that in most places. She's very respectful, and would do anything for my 4 children ranging from age 2 months to 15 years. She would always pay close attention to the newborn mainly which was key for me, and as for my older children, she would always find something for them to do, whether it's to go take a walk, get signed up in physical activities, anything you could possibly name she would be all for it. Although sometimes she did have her appointments that she needed to go to, if it was a day to work, she didn't mind bringing them along. I highly recommend Sonja as a care giver to children or any age!
