I am currently interested in a part time nanny position, Tues-Th/Fri. Let me know if this sounds like something that fits your life! I have years of experience with children, starting with babysitting when I was 8 years old. I became a full time nanny in 2018, and I discovered I really enjoy working with kids as a career. I specialize in infants and babies, ages birth-2 years, but I love taking care of any age. I am open to nanny shares as well-I encourage socialization from a very early age. I bring Montessori fundamentals to an authoritative parenting style. It's really important that kids learn to self-validate and correct while still feeling supported and loved. I feel as though there should be a balance between being firm and setting healthy boundaries in place as well as taking on a uniquely emotional role of being a trusted adult that your children (and you!) can come to with a myriad of problems.
