Stephanie cared for my mother for a few days and did okay, despite arriving late one day. Seems to be inexperienced. She then promptly quit without any advanced notice leaving us in a bind without care. I was in frequent communication and asked multiple times how it was going & she never indicated she was thinking about quitting. I then asked to schedule a phone call and she denied my request & would only text. Disappointing experience in the end.
