Steph is so caring & nurturing, yet firm when needed. She makes sure our daughter is learning (sign language, shapes, colors, alphabet, numbers, reading, gross & fine motor skills, etc.) and having fun (hands on play, crafts, movies, music, parks, playgrounds, music & movement class, etc.) EVERY SINGLE DAY and keeps her on her schedule. She's flexible, dependable and considerate. On top of caring for our daughter Steph also maintained a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning / housekeeping schedule, including errands.
