Hello! :) My name is Steph! I have been working in childcare for 8 years now as a preschool teacher, nanny and as a babysitter. I have an associates degree in early childhood education and have attended many training seminars on working with young children. I absolutely love working with children. I am currently in school to become a speech therapist. My goal is to make sure the children in my care feel safe, happy and loved. I pride myself on being reliable, hard-working and kind. We hired Stephanie in the summer of 2021 to watch our oldest child (then 2). She was wonderful so we transitioned her to a full-time nanny position for our youngest (4 months at the time, now 2) when our oldest started preschool. She is absolutely wonderful and our kids love her. Though he is transitioning to preschool, our youngest has grown up with Stephanie and we feel that her presence has been such a positive influence. She is incredibly patient and exudes calmness, even when these kiddos can be a bit trying. :) We have recommended her to several friends who have hired her for summer nannying (when we traveled extensively) and babysitting. We highly recommend her!
