About Stephanie

For the past three years, I've helped care for my father after a stroke and AVM rupture. He can't drive, has difficulty walking, and needs support with daily tasks. I manage his appointments, help with PT/OT exercises (even when he complains), and handle mood swings and sundowning with patience. Most recently, I cared for my mom during cancer recovery, staying full-time for three weeks to manage post-op care, meals, medications, and doctor visits. I now help both parents with bills, paperwork, and day-to-day needs. I'm dependable, organized, and understand how hard it is to see a loved one struggle. I also know how important it is for caregivers to take care of themselves, I've lived it.
