About Stella

I began assisting my family with childcare (babysitting my young cousins) at the age of 12. Though, over time, my experience has extended beyond the family and into the professional realm, working with children has remained a constant in my life. I have worked with kids of all ages and in multi-child households. I have also worked with autistic and neurodivergent children and have traveled with families to provide additional support on vacation. In short, my experience has provided me the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and watch the children I've worked with grow into some of the most kind and interesting people I know. Above all else, my goal is to make the children I care for feel safe and accepted by me. In addition to working with children, I love nature and art, both of which I make a concerted effort to imbue in my work. I have a particular interest in finding new ways to help kids express themselves creatively.
