About Allyson

Hi families! My name is Allyson, and I have around 8 years of experience working in early childhood education, with a special focus on infants and toddlers! I've worked as both a lead infant teacher and a toddler teacher, giving me a strong understanding of child development, daily routines, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely love what I do! One of my favorite parts of working with children is watching their little personalities develop and celebrating all the milestones along the way. I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities, encouraging independence, and making everyday moments opportunities for learning and growth. I understand how much trust goes into choosing someone to care for your child, and my goal is always to make both children and parents feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
