About Sorrell

I have been teaching children for about 10 years! Most recently I have been running my own preschool in Estes Park. As the director of Park Place, I have gained valuable experience teaching children aged 3-5 years old, including a large population of special needs children. Three years ago I gained a masters degree in Educational Psychology from CU Denver and I completed my teaching experience at the Boulder Journey School. I have worked with infants, toddlers and preschool students formally. I have also taught children aged K-12 in environmental centers and through other informal education programs. I have a two teaching licenses in Colorado; an early childhood license for children aged 0-8 and an elementary license for children K-6th grade. I LOVE working with children and children seem to love working with me! I am an incredibly creative and flexible educator. As an employee, I am reliable and responsible! I am looking to work few days a week and/or baby sitting jobs.
