About Sophie

Hi there! My name is Sophie, and working with children and families is my passion. I have over 10 years of experience working with infants, toddlers and older children though nannying, mental health mentorships, expressive arts teaching, and classroom settings . I take an evidence based and developmentally appropriate approach to each child I work with, providing care, as well as play based learning opportunities and teaching of social emotional skills. I love planning developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor activities for the kids I work with, as well as building a trusting relationship with the whole family. I live in brooklyn and am looking for full time caregiving work. I am also fully vaccinated! Thank you.
