About Sophia

Hi there, I'm Sophia, a creative and responsible 18-year-old college student living in Brooklyn. I'm responsible, calm, soft-spoken, and creative. My passion for working with children began in high school, where I volunteered, tutored, and taught children in various settings. This rewarding experience naturally led me to pursue childcare! I believe in making moments with children both fun and educational. As an art student, I love engaging with kids through crafts, teaching them to draw, paint, pretend play and also encouraging independent play. I've also had experience as a certified swim instructor at Long Island Swim School, giving lessons teaching children from ages 2-8 to swim. Childrens' safety and happiness are my top priorities, and I am committed to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for your children.
