Sophia is detail oriented, organized, articulate, and always displays an outstanding ability to work independently with limited supervision or as a valuable team member. She is not only reliable, and professional, but has excellent interpersonal and communicative skills. She posses the ability to care for disabled adults, as well as, adolescents, children, and toddlers. Sophia knows how to structure safe and friendly environments. She has practice with behavioral management and conflict resolution. While working for me she assisted individuals in completing their educational and personal, developmental goals based on their needs and abilities. She has a strong understanding of boundaries and limits. Her behavioral awareness and ability to recognize and deter potentially dangerous or negative situations is impeccable. Sophia's assets include being flexible, and highly adaptable while retaining an attitude to thrive in any range of multicultural, or socioeconomic settings. All of which helps her excel when providing care. I would highly recommend Sophia for any position she is considered for.
