Hi everyone! My childcare experience started when I started babysitting at 15 years old. I've helped families on and off for years while attending college and being a Division 1 athlete. I have also worked in an adolescent treatment center for young adults struggling with mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities, and on an Indigenous American youth suicide prevention team. I am home for the summer before I go to UNC Chapel Hill this fall for a Masters in Social Work, and would love to help you and yours. Update: Busy Tues-F during day. Looking for nights! Sophia was the perfect find for our 3 year old son. She is patient and kind and our son was always so excited when he was told she was coming to hang out with him. I have a unique situation where I work from home and I was able to witness her interactions with our son. Instead of giving in to his request to watch tv or YouTube, she spent time reading, writing, and coloring with him. Music was played instead of watching screens. He was so excited to have her as a nanny that he even gave her a planet nickname. I would highly recommend Sophia as she is reliable, trustworthy, and great at communication!
