Sonam was helping me with my 1 year old daughter, who was a special case due to her hip dysplasia. My daughter had to wear a leg brace and therefore I was very anxious as a mom to give my daughter into the hands of another caretaker. However Sonam has surpassed all of my expectations. She is a really sweet person and while I was working from home she was engaging so beautifully with my daughter. She really listens to children, explains to them patiently and has a generally great way of dealing with children. I also liked the fact that she went for long walks with my daughter and she was so careful dealing with my daughter's leg brace. My daughter absolutely loved her even though she is generally quite anxious with strangers. Not with Sonam! She was at complete peace and she sent me many updates during the day when and what my daughter ate and what they did. I felt very at ease with Sonam and she helped me even beyond her duties (helping on weekends). I recommend Sonam 100%
