Solmaz is AMAZING! The time she spent with our family was undoubtedly one of the best phases of my little boy’s life! He still remembers and asks for her all the time! She was extremely punctual, reliable, and consistently provided a nurturing, affectionate and safe space for my boy. She really is an epitome of patience! I’ve never been able to easily trust my little one with anyone else. But taking care of tots seems to come very naturally and instinctively to her. She’s been in this line for over a decade now (and it shows!), having run her own daycare at one point. So she really seems to know the ins and outs. Plus, she has also contributed immensely to my toddler’s speech development. She has worked extensively with SLPs in the past and is almost a speech therapist herself! She’s very creative and found new ways to keep my little one engaged. Being a mommy to two little ones herself, she is very very very kind, compassionate and graceful. I would rehire her in a heartbeat (and would probably never want to share her with anyone else, if not for my son starting a full-day school soon!)
