Hello, I am an enthusiastic 28-year-old actor/ freelance filmmaker with diverse child care experience. I have been a babysitter, ran a non-profit after school program, worked as a camp counselor, and have tutored in a host of subjects including reading, writing, history and theater. I currently work as a theater teacher and private tutor for Sunshine Projects a non profit specializing in programming for disabled young adults. My extensive, wide ranging experience allows me to go above and beyond as a tutor, and I am comfortable working with students ages 6-18. I am professional, engaged, and I love working with kids! I am currently seeking part time work as a tutor. I am able to tutor in the following subjects reading, writing, history, theater, film, Math (K-8), as well as general homework supervision and organizational strategies. Simon is sensational. He took care of our two boys, ages 7 and 11, last summer in the period of time between camp ending and school starting. He had them all day, every day and they loved every minute. He was creative, engaged and active with them; he was also mature, dependable and responsible. A great caretaker, a great role model, and a great partner in parenting (and even a pretty good cook!). We we're so sad when he left for the West Coast; if he were back here, we'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
