Silvia comes with lots of experience. She started with us when my daughter was less than 3 months old and worked full time for 1.5 years. She is energetic, watchful, and taught her sign language to communicate before she could talk. She prepares meals, washes all baby dishes and laundry. Walks, creativity, books, play ground, songs and instruments. she does it all. She kept my daughter on her schedule at all times. She is also helpful around the house, available for date nights, and weekends.
