About Silvia

I have worked as a personal assistant/caregiver for several years (6 yrs) with a 90+ yr Lady. I travelled with her , bathed her, helped with dressing and wound care. This job ended due to her death The last 4 years I've taken care of a couple. She is advanced stage dementia, he in advanced Alzheimer's. Now in a care facility I'd describe my personality as positive, bubbly and attentive I like caring for seniors because I am nearly 65 . We all get older and need help. I was raised with the respect and love for the elderly. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and interesting. To be able to share my knowledge/experience I started caring for seniors at 14 yrs young. We had a neighbor that needed help ( she was in her late 80's) In my spare time, I like to paint and make custom jewelry.
