Sierra has been a perfect fit for our family for the last 2.5 years. She joined us during the pandemic to support our kinder and 2nd grade daughters in school and during the day. Since then, she has maintained her role as an after school care provider, helping with homework, routines, taking our daughters to practices and appointments, and keeping our kitchen clean. Sierra is communicative, attentive, fair, and always stable-minded. She has been an absolute gem for our family, and extremely reliable! Sierra has also cared for our infant/toddler son when his daycare was closed, and he absolutely loves her. All three of our children love Sierra like family. Sierra is fun, creative, and thoughtful…we cannot give enough praise to her for how she has supported our family.
