About Sierra

Hello! I am a reliable, patient, and experienced tutor with a B. S. in Mathematics from Clemson University. For several years I have tutored elementary, middle, and high school students in various subjects primarily mathematics as well as helped prepare students for college entrance exams such as the ACT and SAT. My strategy as a tutor is to first get to know my student and how they learn best and then utilize this information during my sessions. Often I try to incorporate activities that my student enjoys into my sessions. I want my student to walk away from my sessions with the knowledge to be successful in their subject but also with a love for learning.
