Sierra was nanny for our family for about 2 years. We were so sad when she moved for college but have continued to stay in touch. While Sierra is soft spoken, she easily engaged and connected with our children. Sierra would read books, play outside and teach my girls new kid songs. My girls looked forward to seeing what new thing (book, game, etc) Sierra would have in her bag for each visit. I cannot recommend Sierra highly enough to babysit your children. I completely trust Sierra with my children and have often begged her to come back to New Jersey! Sierra is kindhearted, honest, dependable and will be an amazing caregiver for your children.
