About Shelly

Hi parents, working with children and students is my passion. As an older sibling, I love caring for kids, pets, and doing activities that are constructive to child development. I have 2 years experience in being a swim coach, 3 years experience in being a youth mentor/ leader, and part time experience in tutoring. I enjoy cooking, going on nature walks, and travelling. I am very creative and organized, so your kids will always have a fun activity to do and learn to have structure! During play time and learning, I always prioritize the safety and health of who I'm caring for, and send text updates to parents throughout the work day. I'm comfortable caring for children on the spectrum, and children with disabilities. I am comfortable working with pets and don't mind feeding, walking, or playing with them as a part of the job.
