I have over 20 years experience working with seniors. I am reliable and dependable with excellent references. I specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia clientele. stretching, flexibility, and arthritis classes to name a few. I have many certifications working with active older adults. I was a live-in caregiver for four years before he passed away last year at 100 years old. I have two children and three grandchildren. In my spare time, I play with my grandchildren, visit my friends and go out to eat, play board or card games, work on my Bible study for my Women's group, spend time in nature, read a book, work on arts and crafts painting pine cones My skills include my flexibility--day shifts, night shifts or even a live in caregiver.
