About Shelby

I enjoy working with seniors and helping them in their daily lives. I have a calm, positive demeanor and I am reliable in my work. I am working to complete my certification as a home health aide, and I have helped elderly family members and neighbors for several years. I have experience providing care for those with dementia and Alzheimers, those recovering from heart attacks, strokes, and falls, and others who just need some extra help around the house. I can provide companionship like chatting, reading, crafts, gardening, going for walks; I can also make meals, help with daily grooming/hygiene and medications, do laundry and tidy up the house, and do errands/shopping or outings. I love all kinds of pets, too! My availability is weekdays 3pm-7pm, and Saturdays 11am-4 p.m. I do request to be paid "on the books"
