About Shelby

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, dependable and trustworthy. I'm looking for a job that can accommodate my schedule as I have a 12-year-old daughter myself. I share custody bi-weekly allowing me to be more open and productive on the weeks I don't need to take her to school and pick her. In my spare time, I like to clean (really:). I enjoy gardening, cooking, playing with my dogs and building small projects. One thing you should know about me is that I am an extremely honest person who treats others respectfully. I am a determined, hard worker and I am willing to go the extra mile. At age 19, I found myself intrigued and fascinated with the medical field. I spent a little over 9 years at MFEC as a Retinal Photographer and then went on to run my own lab which eventually took me to Florida Waterman Hospital. As a Phlebotomist I drew blood and ran labs. Drawing blood is a passion of mine but caring for patients is my driving force. I am also certified in CPR, BLS.
