I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, caring, outgoing, and patient. I like caring for seniors because I've found it to be very fulfilling. I started as a server in a community a few years ago and it turned into a passion. I've been a life enrichment coordinator in an assisted living and memory care community for the past 8 months and have found that I enjoy the care and companionship aspect much more. In my spare time, I like to garden, go hiking, spend time with my family One thing you should know about me is that I will do my best to go above and beyond in caring for your loved one. I've seen the toll that Dementia and Alzheimer's can take on a family and truly want to help in providing any support, relief, and comfort. My skills include being knowledgeable about enriching activities for dementia and Alzheimer's disease, assisting with ADLs, calming behaviors and redirecting. And I do not charge $50/hr, I cannot get my profile to change this.
