I'd describe my personality as outgoing! Im down to earth go with the flow type of person and I can easily keep a conversation going I like working with kids because let's be honest kids are better then most adults when I watch kids ( depending on the ages ) I try to do hands on crafts or activities and seeing the excitement in faces makes it all worth it I'm looking for a job that has open and good communication with me. Will always be up front and honest I started working with kids when I graduated high school I worked in a preschool then decided to switch over to private home baby sitting One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable and always put the child's needs first and will always doing hands on activities with the child instead of watching them play by themselves
