Hey, my name is Shayna. I'm in my late 20s and have over four years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, working with children from 2 months to 5 years During my time in childcare, I've also had the joy of babysitting for families I've formed meaningful connections with. I love creating nurturing, playful environments where children feel safe to be themselves and explore the world around them. As a Spanish speaker, I enjoy incorporating basic Spanish into our daily routines and activities. I also have a big love for arts and crafts-it's such a fun and creative way for kids to express themselves and build confidence. Whether we're painting, learning new words, or just enjoying the moment, I'm all about encouraging each child's unique personality and potential.
