We hired Shawn when our daughter, P., was 3 months old. Shawn worked for us full time until P was 13 months old when we decided to send her to Montessori school. Shawn was literally the best help we've ever had! She has the sweetest and most patient disposition and also always went above and beyond to help out with anything we needed! Shawn was always present when she was with P and excelled at interacting with her. When P would nap, Shawn would take care of other household tasks like washing the dishes, taking out the garbage and tidying up the play area. Shawn is easy to get along with and also has a great sense of humor and we still use her for babysitting when needed. We highly recommend Shawn for anyone looking for an excellent Nanny!
