I'm polite, patient, calm, and friendly, which helps me connect well with children. As far as household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them. I believe consistency and structure are important for children's well-being. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or through other means. I have one year of experience and am comfortable caring for up to four children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as educational games that promote learning. I have a college degree and work as full time remote software developer; seeking additional part time work. I also have a car, so transportation isn't an issue.
