I have over 2 decades of experience as a Caregiver. There's been several other jobs, but none as rewarding as caring for other in the capacity that I have done in the past years. I love what I do and that's very important to me. I started out as a Certified Medical Assistant. Then started as a caregiver 19 at years old, accumulating clients privately as well as from various agencies. I'd do cooking, light cleaning, vital signs, daily exercises, walking/clients daily, manicure/pedicure, errands injections, check sugar level, specialty is hair, fill medicine containers, administer medications etc.

Words can't express just how great Shaunette is. She cared for my 73 year old mother who has dimentia. She did things like grocery shopping, meal prep, medication distribution, daily walks, companionship, cleaning, and more. Shaunette was very responsive and a great communicator to me at all times. In addition, she was very proactive in helping my mom with things around the house. She would often see something that could use better organization and just take care of it. Both my mom and I really appreciated that kind of proactiveness! She is a fantastic cook - my mom really enjoyed all the great meals she made. She also has a very positive and upbeat personality which really made my mom feel comfortable and a great companion to talk to. She was always very punctual and responsive over phone or text. I would recommend Shaunette to literally anyone, she was just the best.
