About Shatarra

Caring for a senior is no different than caring for my grandparent. I am experienced in working in the hospital setting, and there were times that I would see seniors having to be discharged home with little to no care at home due to family that was too busy or sometimes family that just didn't bother. I'm a very caring individual and I actually enjoy caring for other beings-even regardless of age. A job that provides the room for me to be compassionate and build a healthy relationship with the person whom I am caring for and maybe even build a relationship with the person's family as well. I started caring for seniors when I first became certified as a nurse assistant. That lead on to me working in the hospital setting in the Oncology, Adult Emergency Department, Observation and Interventional Radiology. Working in those areas of course exposed me to a variety of medical training and age ranges. Therefore, I am skilled in dealing with many health issues as well as dementia.
