I am a certified teacher. I have experience teaching in a classroom setting, small groups, and one-on-one. I am certified in Delaware and New Jersey, and I teach mostly children with special needs K-12. I have worked as an RTI Reading Teacher, a Case Manager for Special Education, an Instructional Coach, a private tutor for many families, and my specialty is phonics/reading/writing. I have worked as a teacher in the Title I Program, and have tutored high school students with Reading portions of the ACT and SAT. I also have a lot of experience volunteering with children, as well as an extensive child care experience. In addition, I have experience taking care of elderly, and am planning to volunteer in a senior home as soon as I am able, due to the Covid-19.

Ms. Sharon is amazing! My 7 year old has been learning with her for 2 plus years and has improved tremendously in all aspects of reading writing and math. She has been such a pleasure to work with her exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills. If you want just a teacher hire someone else. If you want a mentor teacher friend and role model for your children hire Ms. Sharon!
