I'd describe my personality as experienced, professional, friendly, and caring. I am an experienced caregiver. I have over 20 years of experience helping people manage the varied challenges arising from physical and/or mental deficits. I'm proficient in guiding clients in the exercises developed by physical/occupational therapists, medication dosing and scheduling, meal prep, advance meal planning, grocery shopping, feeding, light housekeeping, companionship, errands, and occasional transportation. I find caregiving rewarding, as I can see the difference I make. I strive to improve the quality of life for my clients by providing compassionate care, support, and companionship.
