About Sharell

Hi! My name is Sharell, and I'm a 22-year-old responsible and experienced childcare provider with a degree in Psychology minoring Youth & Society from MSU. With over four years of hands-on experience working with children, I've developed a genuine passion for helping kids grow and thrive. My experience includes mentoring children in the Lansing Juvenile System. I worked at a children's autism center, providing ABA therapy to help children. Additionally, I worked as a Relief Family Support worker to families at Community Mental Health. I have also worked their summer camps providing care to groups of children up to 10. I believe in creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children of all ages. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love to play games, read stories, and inspire children to explore their interests. I am flexible and adaptable and will work with parents to meet needs of your kids to the best of my ability. I look forward to hanging with your kiddos!
