Shannon worked for me as a Special Education Teacher Aide and alter, as a Special Education Teacher. Shannon is a responsible and hard working young woman who has good instincts in her interactions with students. She is a quick study when learning new techniques and teaching methods, is highly motivated and very self directed. In addition to possessing a strong repertoire of skills, she also possesses the personality traits that are critical in working others. Traits such as acceptance, compassion, and motivation to excel are the types of traits to which I refer. These cannot be taught, but they are critical, and Shannon exemplifies these. I recommend her without reservation.
