hello, I'm Shannon and I'm looking for something in the field of senior care. throughout my adult life i've had the privilege of caring for my two grandmothers and three of my great grandparents ensuring they were able to live in their homes for as long as was safely possible. my background working in medical and dental offices provided me with the skills I needed to help them cope with diseases such as cancer, dementia, strokes, and hearts attacks . for two years I cared for a wonderful woman who suffered from Parkinson's, cancer, dementia, and strokes. for a year and a half, I had the privilege of caring for another lovely lady who suffered mainly with fibromyalgia, stage IV COPD, and hypertension/valve transplant/afib. most recently i've been caring for a hospice patient. he lived with dementia and seizures, which could have been brought on by a significant head injury he incurred awhile back . looking forward to being able to assist another senior in their daily needs.

To whom it may concern, I'm writing this in regards to Shannon G. Shannon was a caregiver to my loved one for two years. She immediately stole our hearts . My loved one had dementia, and Shannon always made him feel at ease, loved and cared for. She has She fixed him his favorite foods and spoiled him everyday she was with him .. we loved it. Shannon is also trustworthy and dependable. She's very proactive, and just does what she sees needs to be done. She would gather his laundry towels and washcloths and have them back in their place before she left. Prepared medications in daily reminders. She talked to pharmacists to get medication and the list goes on. I cannot say enough about her loving, compassionate care.
