About Shannon

I am a widow in my 40's with two teenage boys (who are incredible young men). I've care for children since I was a teenager and have helped with child care for my large family of nieces and nephews as well as raising my own boys. My genuine love for children shines through my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creative and imaginative nature. I adore babies and toddlers and am comfortable with young adolescents and teens. Whether it's outdoor sports, puzzles, or educational games, I know how to make playtime both fun and enriching. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a reliable and safe vehicle, am happy to help around the house with cooking and cleaning as well as helping kids with homework. Having my own children, I know that the safety and well being of your children is the most important thing in the world and I take that to heart so having a nanny or babysitter you like and trust is of paramount importance!
