My approach to senior care is centered on building trust and respect with each individual, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored care. I want to provide care for others the way I want my own nan to be cared for. What drives me in this field is the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and heard. I am eager to bring my skills, experience, and passion for senior care to a role where I can continue to help enhance the lives of others. I'd describe my personality as Energetic Empathetic and thoughtful I'm looking for a job that helps me feel like I'm making a difference in someone's life! I started caring for seniors when my grandfather was sick and needed extra care in 2012 In my spare time, I like to read and I am an aspiring author. I also am working towards my degree so that I can be a therapist someday soon!
