I have two years of experience teaching reading comprehension and writing skills to elementary and high school students. I am currently a 5th grade math & ELA tutor part-time. I have a bachelors degree from Stanford and a masters in journalism from Columbia University, and strongly believe that my personal statements are what got me accepted to both these schools. I have been a podcast producer for over 9 years working with organizations. I don't have children of my own, but working with children and young adults enriches my life, and it's personally rewarding to see my students gain confidence in their academic and social abilities.
