Shahnaz is an extremely good and caring person and caregiver. She was my mom's primary caregiver till the end of my mom's life, and I never had to worry when Shahnaz was there. My mom had advanced Alzheimer's and toward the end of her life, she was dependent in every facet. Shahnaz dressed my mom, bathed her, fed her, cleaned her, and even kept her company when my mom could no longer communicate. Even without the benefit of language, Shahnaz truly *understood* my mom. Shahnaz became part of our family, and I am so grateful to have found her. She helped me when I didn't know what to do myself-- losing a parent in this way is truly heartbreaking and it takes its toll. But having someone there who truly adored my mom, and to see how much my mom adored her back, it gave me some relief. I really couldn't have asked for anything more!
